Coral Beach Realty has served clients on Ambergris Caye since early 2006 from an office right on Barrier Reef Drive, the main street in downtown San Pedro. Owner/Broker, Bob Hamilton, has lived full time in Belize since 2001, most of this time on Ambergris Caye. His professional background includes education/experience well suited for property sales, management and development. Ariadne Trejo, a commercial real estate lawyer from Manhattan has lived here full time since 2004 and has been with Coral Beach Realty since 2008 while our newest member, Hartmut Fischer, has lived full time on Ambergris Caye since 2002, with Coral Beach Realty since 2010. A retired small animal veterinary "Doc" also owns and develops land along the western shore of the island. Overall, a well balanced professional team with a strong work ethic.
